As a graduate alumnus from the Lally School at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Rosanna brings experience with GE as a research scientist, a business development manager, a global product manager and new product development leader. Recently she has served as a global business development leader for Momentive Performance Materials, creating open innovation opportunities and driving new product growth for the business. She brings a global experience in each phase of a new product development: identifying opportunities, creating strategic alliances, developing the product, manufacturing and introducing successful new products to the market place.

Jennifer Pagan, Ph.D. E.E. -Director of Research- is an experienced professional with extensive research performed in the areas of optoelectronics, and wide bandgap semiconductors, in addition to 10 years of microfabrication and rapid prototype development expertise. Author & principle investigator of DARPA and NSF SBIR proposals, and numerous peer reviewed publications.

Paolo Batoni, Ph.D. E.E. -Research Leader- is the first IEEE Charles LeGeyt Fortescue Scholar in the Carolinas, and a GE Global Research Center alumnus. He has an extensive experience in the field of III-nitride and carbide semiconductors, and performed research in the areas of UV emitters and detectors, VLSI and epi-growth of wide bandgap semiconductors.

T. Robert Harris is a graduate from North Carolina State University where he completed his doctorate under the direction of the Lampe Distinguished Professor of Electrical Engineering. Dr. Harris has experience with electrothermal analysis of three-dimensional integrated circuits, and has worked under DARPA contract at the Air Force Research Laboratory on the project. Furthermore he has made contributions to the field of standoff acoustic analysis with the Army Resarch Laboratory. Uncer an ASEE/NSF SBIR Postdoctoral Research Fellowship he is currently leading Dot Metrics Technologies' research on the thermal management of DUV LEDs sources. He has previously served at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the Material Science Laboratory to improve opto-electronic contacts for III-nitride LEDs, and has gained extensive fabrication experience while working as a photolithography engineer in the NCSU Nanofabrication Facility (NNF).
